Job summary

BAM is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction professional to lead bid teams and shape opportunities for major projects up to £200m. You will work with the Senior Management Team to engage clients and consultants, driving early procurement strategies.

Based in Bristol with regional travel, you will ensure health and safety excellence and clear bid submissions, aligning with private and public sector frameworks while developing Pre-Construction capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Pre-Construction teams on tenders up to £200m.
• Strong ability to engage with clients and external consultants while building internal relationships.
• Thorough understanding of Health and Safety and proactive opportunities during pre-construction.
• Familiarity with private and public sector procurement processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Pre-Construction activities supporting business development, marketing, client and consultant engagement.
• Maintain a client network to develop collaborative procurement.
• Support strategy development and operational planning with Senior Management.
