Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Project Manager for a Healthcare project in the North West region. The role requires delivering complex logistics on a live facility, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, programme and commercial targets are met.

You will report to the Construction Director and be based in the North West for future projects. The project involves high-rise logistics, co-ordination with multiple cranes and a strong focus on planning and end-user requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale healthcare facilities or similar high-value projects.
• Strong planning, logistics, and site coordination skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and Build UK requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the project to meet safety, programme and commercial targets.
• Report to Construction Director and secure clear direction for the site team.
• Develop and issue Project Management Plans with regular reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and produce regular progress reports for senior management.

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Project Manager to join the Northern Construction business, to be based on an Healthcare project within the North West region.

As a Project Manager you will have a proven track record of delivering projects in excess of £50m. The successful candidate will report to a Construction Director and will be based within the North West region for any future projects.
