Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Pre-Commissioning Engineer for a well-established building services client in Chelmsford. The role covers on-site work with travel up to 100 miles and pays £35,000–£40,000 with a company van.

You will flush and clean LTHW and chilled water systems, chlorinate domestic water systems, and complete test sheets using company software while building strong client relationships on sites in Chelmsford, Essex, Kent and nearby areas.

Competenze

• 2+ years flushing or water treatment experience in building services
• Knowledge of BSRIA guidance and COSHH required
• Valid full UK driving licence required

Mansioni

• Flushing and cleaning LTHW and chilled water systems
• Chlorinating domestic water systems, including tanks and pipework
• Completing test sheets and reports using company apps and software
• Working with clients on sites across Chelmsford, Essex, Kent and surrounding areas
