Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking a Flushing / Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join its Water Treatment/Growth team in Slough. The role focuses on flushing, chlorination, chemical dosing and reporting across multiple client sites in the region, with strong adherence to ACOP L8 and BSRIA guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record and be comfortable travelling; training and benefits are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Strong track record as Flushing/Pre-Commissioning Engineer.
• Familiarity with ACOP L8 and BSRIA guidelines.
• Flexible to travel as required by projects.
• Experience across diverse client sites.
• Good literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform flushing and chlorination on heating and cooling systems.
• Carry out chemical dosing and calorifier descales.
• Clean and disinfect cold water tanks; handle chemicals safely.
• Follow BSRIA guidelines and complete technical reports.
• Travel as required to client sites and maintain service levels.

Job Title: Flushing / Pre-Commissioning Engineer
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary/Benefits: £28k – £45k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company success, this leading Water Treatment / Commissioning specialist is seeking a reliable and hardworking engineer to join their team. They are seeking someone with strong Flushing and Pre-Commissioning experience, who will be able to hit the ground running. Ideally, you will be based with good access to the M25 for easier travel across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history and professional attitude. Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong track record working as a Flushing / Pre-Commissioning Engineer
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and BSRIA guidelines
• Flexible to travel in line with company needs
• Experience working across a diverse range of client sites
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in using IT software

The Role:

• Performing flushing and chlorinations on heated and chilled systems, fan coil and pipework
• Chemical dosing
• Calorifier descales
• Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
• Safely handling chemicals
• Adhering to BSRIA guidelines
• Completing detailed technical reports
• Maintaining high service levels
• Travelling with the needs of the company
