Overview

Lead Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer

Salary: £50k-£60K (depending on experience)

Location: South London (Remote) Van + Fuel Card Provided

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulations
• Use a variety of chemicals, methodologies and equipment to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants from systems
• Complete pre-commission cleaning projects within scheduled timeframes and budget constraints
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and new cleaning technologies
• Provide training to assistants and other team members as required
• Provide daily feedback and project updates
• Maintain health & safety procedures at all times whilst working on site, for all team members, at all times

Requirements

• Valid SSSTS / CSCS
• Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to pre-commission cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
