Job summary
T&K Home Improvements is seeking ambitious self-employed Sales Consultants to grow our premium windows and doors division. You will attend pre-booked homeowner appointments, discuss requirements, design tailored solutions and present accurate quotations.
The role is field-based with no cold calling, and offers commission-only pay with up to 15% per order and uncapped earning potential, realistically targeting £75,000–£80,000+ annually for top performers.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and ability to close deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with homeowners.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own appointments and follow-ups.
- Full UK driving licence and reliable transport.
