Job summary

T&K Home Improvements is seeking experienced sales consultants for a field-based, commission-only role. You will meet homeowners, assess their requirements, design suitable window/door solutions, and close sales with tailored quotations.

Appointments are pre-booked, no cold calling, and commissions can reach up to 15% per order. Earn £75,000–£80,000+ per year with flexible day, evening, and weekend slots.

Position

This is a self-employed, commission-only sales opportunity offering significant earning potential for experienced and motivated sales professionals.

We provide qualified, pre-booked customer appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best - meeting customers, understanding their requirements, designing the right solution and closing sales.

You will meet homeowners in their properties, discuss their requirements and provide tailored quotations across our range of windows and doors.

Earning Potential

This opportunity offers uncapped earning potential, with commission rates of up to 15% per order.

Experienced and successful Sales Consultants can realistically target earnings of approximately £75,000-£80,000+ per year, depending on individual sales performance, appointment availability and the number and value of orders achieved.

There is no cap on the amount of commission you can earn.

We operate a clear and transparent commission structure, so you understand how your commission is calculated.

Additional sales incentives may also be available.

Flexibility & Appointment Availability

As a self-employed Sales Consultant, you will have flexibility over the appointments you choose to make yourself available for.

Customer appointments are available across daytime, evening and weekend periods, providing opportunities to select availability that works around your own commitments.

The role is predominantly field based, attending customers' homes, with occasional visits to our offices or facilities where required.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We are looking for motivated, professional salespeople who are confident working independently and are driven by results.

You should have:

• Proven sales experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence dealing directly with homeowners
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own appointments and follow-ups
• A strong desire to maximise your earnings
• A full UK driving licence and suitable transport

Previous experience within windows, doors, home improvements or direct-to-consumer sales would be an advantage.

Important Information

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity and not a salaried employment position.

Sales Consultants are responsible for managing their own tax, National Insurance and other obligations associated with self-employment.

You will also be responsible for your own travel arrangements and ensuring you have the appropriate vehicle and insurance required to attend customer appointments.
