Acapella Recruitment is helping a growing home‑improvement company recruit a Sales Consultant in the Newbury area. You will attend pre‑booked appointments at customers’ homes to assess needs and provide quotations for windows, doors and related products.

No cold calling or door knocking; all appointments are generated by strong marketing and pre‑qualified before you arrive. The role offers £40,000–£66,000 OTE with uncapped commission, full paid training, immediate starts, and ongoing coaching.
