Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience and act as a Brand Ambassador. You will develop your client portfolio, achieve individual and team sales targets, and guide clients through Prada’s world of luxury.

You will promote the Brand philosophy, build lasting relationships, and utilize digital channels to provide a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting store operations and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Curiosity about luxury, fashion, art and design.
• Team player with commercial mindset and results orientation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling.
• Capture and maintain accurate CRM information to support client development initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and VICs.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, brand history, culture and DNA.
• Promote cross-category selling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and business performance.
• Utilize digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.
• Support daily operational activities and collaborate with Front and Back of House teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.

As Prada Client Advisor, you guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the Client above all, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador.

You convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada.

You are responsible for developing your client portfolio, achieving individual and team objectives, and delivering excellence across all touchpoints of the client journey.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Previous experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Passion for luxury retail and client experience.

Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design

Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.

Commercial mindset and results orientation.

Fluency in English, other languages are desirable
