Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon final probation. T&Cs apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to work in a key role for our service. This is a wide and varied role ideal for those seeking a new challenge where you can impact service development and change.
We are expanding our clinical service and have an opportunity for a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. The post holder will collaboratively deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to the expansion of our clinical provision with a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, supported by our Clinical Team, and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management.
Our Clinical Team provides a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, with a strong safeguarding culture. Our pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them.
