Job summary

THE WHITE HORSE FEDERATION is seeking a Nursery Room Lead at Mountford Manor Primary School in Swindon to support high-quality Early Years provision. The role requires a Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience with the EYFS framework.

The part-time, term-time position offers 17.5 hours per week (8:30–12:00, Mon–Fri) and a supportive school community within the federation, dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) awareness.

Responsibilities

  • SupportNursery Lead in delivering high-quality care and education in the Early Years setting.
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment fostering children's development and learning.
  • Contribute to safeguarding and statutory requirements within the school.

Hours: 17.5 hours a week, term time only 39 working weeks. 8.30 till 12pm Monday to Friday, Be experienced and knowledgeable in the EYFS curriculum. Hold a relevant Early Years qualification Be positive and passionate about providing high standards of care and education in our Early Years settings.
