Job summary

Moredon Primary and Nursery School in Swindon is seeking a friendly Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime team. This part-time role covers 12:00–13:00, Monday to Friday during term time, helping pupils have a safe and positive dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about working in a school environment.
  • Able to communicate confidently with children and staff.
  • Aware of the importance of child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support lunchtimes for primary-aged children and help ensure a safe, positive dining experience.
  • Communicate confidently with pupils and staff during the lunch period.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and support a calm, orderly lunchtime environment.

The Role: MDSA

The contract: Permanent, Part Time, Term Time Only - 38 weeks.

The Hours: 5 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 12.00-13.00 PM.

The Salary: TWHF NJC J3 - £2,900.82 - actual.

Moredon Primary and Nursery School is a friendly, two-form entry primary school based in Swindon, with a 52-place nursery attached.
