Job summary

Southbroom Infants School in Devizes, Wiltshire, is seeking a compassionate Nursery Room Leader to join our SEN-focused team. The role involves leading small groups, delivering engaging activities, and supporting children to reach their potential.

We value an NVQ Level 3 qualification and strong communication with families. This is a permanent, full-time post (37 hours) term time only, with a friendly staff team and opportunities for professional development within The White Horse Federation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification with experience working with children in a nursery setting.
• Ability to plan and carry out engaging activities with small groups.
• An excellent communicator who can support children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in small groups.
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support learning.

All About You

A recognised qualification NVQ L3 with experience working with children within a nursery setting
