Beacon Medical Practice is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join our patient-centred and forward-thinking coastal practice. You will play a key role in medicines optimisation, long-term condition management, and supporting safe, effective prescribing within a collaborative MDT.

You will deliver structured medication reviews, support prescribing safety, and provide clinical advice to patients and clinicians.

Qualificações

• GPhC registered Pharmacist with experience in primary care, community, hospital or PCN settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Independent Prescriber qualification or willingness to work towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver structured medication reviews and medicines reconciliation.
• Support long-term condition management and safe prescribing.
• Provide clinical advice to patients and healthcare teams.
• Lead medicines safety audits and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and dispensary teams.
• Prescribe within scope as an Independent Prescriber.
