Job summary

Abtrace is seeking an experienced Practice Pharmacist to join as Practice Support Pharmacist. You will onboard GP practices, ensuring successful adoption of the Abtrace platform, and apply recall and monitoring expertise for Long Term Conditions and medications to optimise workflows and patient care.

You will train, troubleshoot, and engage with practices to maximise the software value, gather feedback and collaborate with the team to improve the platform and client experience.

Qualifications

• Active GPhC registration and ability to practice as a pharmacist.
• 1–2 years' primary care experience.
• Experience with recall monitoring and QOF.
• Proficient in EMIS or SystmOne searches and analysis.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial healthcare sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard GP practices and configure the Abtrace platform for operations.
• Deliver tailored training and ongoing support to practice staff.
• Proactively monitor usage and maximise platform adoption.
• Gather user feedback and liaise with the technical team for improvements.
