Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced practice nurse to provide comprehensive travel health advice, administer vaccines, and support patient education. You will document consultations in line with NMC guidelines and deliver a holistic assessment of health needs.

You will also lead the nursing team in cervical cytology and childhood immunisations, participate in quality governance, and help implement evidence-based improvements for patient care.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and current practice
• Experience with travel health advice and vaccination delivery
• Ability to document consultations per NMC guidance
• Knowledge of infection control procedures

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic travel health advice including vaccinations and medicines
• Lead the practice nursing team in cervical cytology, travel health and immunisations
• Maintain infection control and stock/equipment including refrigeration
• Consult and document per professional standards and ensure patient confidentiality
