Zusammenfassung

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse in General Practice to provide comprehensive nursing care to the practice population. The role includes assessment, treatment, screening, education and promoting health within established protocols and guidelines.

You will work collaboratively with GPs, participate in audits/research, and uphold Infection Control standards while maintaining accurate records and supporting health promotion activities.

Qualifikationen

• NMC Code of Conduct familiarity.
• Knowledge of QOF, read codes and alerts for standardised care.

Aufgaben

• Provide assessment, treatment, screening and health education to patients per protocols.
• Deliver nursing services independently or with GPs according to agreed protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation of consultations and treatments in patient records.
• Maintain infection control and safety in the treatment room.
• Support health promotion campaigns and liaise with other agencies regarding patient care.
