Operose Health is seeking a UK registered nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality primary care. You will assist with CQC outcomes, collaborate with the GP team, and provide care for patients, manage chronic conditions, and evaluate care delivery.

Ideal candidates will have post-registration experience, cervical cytology and baby immunisation background, and a solid understanding of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and ensure practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
