Job summary

Operose Health in Leeds is seeking a UK registered nurse with post-registration experience to join our primary care team. You will assist with CQC outcomes, maintain compliance and collaborate with the practice team to meet patient needs.

The role involves direct patient care, treatment and chronic disease management, with emphasis on quality and safe care. Ideal candidates will have cervical cytology and baby immunisation experience, and strong knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

Qualifications

UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.

Responsibilities

Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patients' needs and follow practice policies.
