One Medical Group is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join The Light Surgery in Leeds. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across long-term condition management, immunisations, vaccinations, cervical cytology and health promotion.

The role also involves safeguarding, maintaining records, and working within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, with a competitive hourly rate (£17–£23) and NHS pension

Qualifications

• Essential nursing qualifications: NMC registration and nursing degree.
• Clinical experience in primary care nursing and immunisations.
• Knowledge of NICE guidelines, safeguarding and QOF.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a broad range of nursing services in primary care.
• Provide immunisations and vaccinations.
