Job summary

Chase Medical in Leeds is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a GP practice on a part-time basis. You will work within a friendly clinical team, delivering primary care services and autonomous long-term condition management.

The role offers up to 24.61 GBP per hour (DOE), 18–22.5 hours weekly, 27 days leave plus bank holidays, and on-site parking. Training, development, and opportunities to lead new clinics are available.

A GP practice in Leeds (LS27) is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join its friendly and supportive clinical team.

This is a great opportunity for a confident and proactive Practice Nurse who has strong primary care experience and is comfortable working autonomously while being part of a wider multidisciplinary team.

You'll work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists and the wider nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care, supporting patients with long-term conditions and providing a range of routine nursing services.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Current NMC registration.
• Previous experience working within general practice or primary care.
• Confidence independently managing long-term condition reviews.
• Experience carrying out first dressing appointments and assessing wounds.Experience with vaccination programmes and cold chain management.
• A good understanding of infection prevention and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider clinical team.
