Operose Health is seeking a UK-registered nurse to support the delivery of high-quality primary care services. You will assist the registered manager with CQC outcomes and ensure compliance across the practice.

In collaboration with the general practice team, you will care for patients, support treatment and chronic disease management, and evaluate care to improve outcomes. A strong understanding of QOF and immunisation programs is essential.

Qualificações

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Strong knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

Responsabilidades

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow policies.
• Provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
