Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration is essential.
• Proven experience as a Practice Nurse within primary care.
• Experience with QOF management or specialised care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, screening, and treatment services to patients
• Advise patients on general health and minor ailments, referring to GPs when appropriate
• Collect, store, and dispatch pathological specimens in line with practice protocols
• Support administrative and professional responsibilities, including QOF management and clinical audits
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient care
