Dream Medical Limited is recruiting a Practice Nurse for a GP surgery in Warrington to cover 35 hours per week on a permanent basis, joining a team of GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants. The role includes up-to-date baby and adult immunisations, chronic disease management, cervical cytology, spirometry, diabetes and asthma/COPD monitoring, family planning, and working within a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• NMC registered Practice Nurse with NHS experience.
• Experience in a GP surgery setting preferred.
• Knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services advantageous.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Up-to-date vaccines and immunisations knowledge.
