We're working with a well-established, reputable GP surgery in Wakefield that's looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join its clinical team on a permanent basis.

The practice has built an excellent reputation within the local community, reflected by the consistently positive CQC reports. They're based across two sites, just minutes apart from eachother, situated just West of Wakefield, and have a total patient list size is about 8000.

Key Responsibilities

Primarily, the practice is seeking a nurse trained in diabetes, with a further qualification (diploma, etc.) an essential requirement. Other daily duties will include:
