Job summary

Clydeview Medical Practice in Renfrew is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. We welcome either part-time or full-time applicants, with flexibility for the right candidate.

The practice operates with a supportive clinical team including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, GP locums, and a Practice Manager. The post holder will deliver safe and effective nursing care to our patient population, focusing on chronic disease management, preventive care, and cervical screening.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration is required.
• PVG Scheme membership/record is required.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to the whole practice population.
• Support patients with healthy lifestyles, early management of long-term conditions, prevention and screening.
• Provide advice and guidance to the wider clinical team.
