Chase Medical is seeking a Practice Nurse for a fixed-term maternity cover at a Gosport/Portsmouth site. Part-time, 20-26 hours per week across three days, with on-site parking and NHS pension plus indemnity. The role involves standard practice nursing tasks and potential higher pay for those with a prescribing qualification.

The position is NHS-facing, EMIS Web-based, with a supportive management team and a patient list of around 10,000. Induction for System1 is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic treatment room skills including vaccinations, immunisations, wound care/dressings, and cytology.
• Prescribing qualification holders may access higher salary.
• EMIS Web experience; System1 induction available.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic treatment room duties such as vaccinations and wound care.
• Provide immunisations and cytology as required.
• Work within a robust clinical and admin team.
