Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC.
• Proven experience as a Practice Nurse or similar clinical role.
• Experience in managing long-term conditions, ideally with diabetes management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eligibility to work in the UK with visa sponsorship available for overseas applicants.
