Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is supporting a respected GP practice in Bracknell to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality nursing care across a varied patient population, supporting GPs, ANPs, HCAs and pharmacists.

A focus on chronic disease management and patient-centred care is central to this role. Working in a modern, purpose-built surgery, you will have access to ongoing CPD, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop specialist

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in primary care nursing desirable.
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the practice.
• Undertake chronic disease management clinics (e.g., Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, Hypertension).
• Carry out wound care, vaccinations and cervical cytology where applicable.
• Conduct health checks and routine clinical procedures with accuracy.
• Maintain contemporaneous clinical records and participate in audits.
