Kingskerswell & Ipplepen Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly team in the West Alvington area. You will work with GPs, HCA's and admin staff to deliver holistic, patient-centred care across a range of services including immunisations, chronic disease management and family planning.

You will be registered with the NMC, have experience in primary care, and be committed to continuous professional development within a supportive practice environment.

Formación

• Clinical skills including cervical cytology, immunisation, wound care, phlebotomy and travel health.
• Experience managing long-term conditions in primary care.
• Strong communication and team-working abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan and evaluate treatment plans for patients.
• Support long-term condition management and vaccination programmes.
• Promote health education and patient self-care.
• Deliver care in line with NICE guidelines and local policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to audits.
