What you will do
  • Plan and organise your workload on a day-to-day basis.
  • Collaborate with GPs, fellow nurses, and the client’s healthcare team, referring to a GP when needed.
  • Provide treatment for client employees with minor injuries and illnesses, including appropriate referrals.
  • Manage your own clinical case load with presenting patients’ needs in a primary care setting.
  • Develop care plans and manage specific conditions following professional protocols and guidelines, such as those for travel health and family planning.
  • Participate in primary care audits and contribute to staff training and development.
  • Support IPC compliance across the corporate client sites.
  • Play an active role in the Infection Control team, supporting patients and colleagues in maintaining sound infection control measures.
