We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, forward-thinking, professional, patient-focused practice.

About The Avenue Surgery

The Avenue Surgery is located in the semi-rural market town of Warminster, within easy commute to Salisbury and Bath. We are a large training practice providing comprehensive primary care to approximately 18,500 patients, with a Good CQC rating. The practice is non-dispensing and uses SystmOne TPP.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based care to our practice population in collaboration with the Avenue team. They will work autonomously, adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct, and follow practice guidelines and protocols.
