Undertake mentorship for preceptor programmes and contribute to revalidation needs of nurse colleagues. Analyse data and develop initiatives to improve uptake of national screening and immunisation programmes, including coordinating new vaccination campaigns. Complete statutory, mandatory, and skills-specific training as defined by the practice. Participate in annual performance reviews, maintaining a record of personal and professional development, including NMC revalidation requirements. Take responsibility for your own development, learning, and performance. Identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and pursue further learning to enhance nursing service delivery.
