We are a high-achieving, single-handed GP practice located within Stanhope Parade Health Centre, South Shields, serving a population of 2,900 patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate should have practical and confident working knowledge of chronic disease management including diabetes and respiratory medicine, childhood immunisations, cervical screening, health promotion, contraception, adult vaccinations, wound care, ear care, and travel health. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
We are a small, friendly, single-handed GP surgery based in South Shields. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team. You will collaborate with other members of the general practice team, including colleagues from the Primary Care Network and members of the wider community teams.
