Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct chronic disease reviews for patients (asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension).
• Perform wound care, dressings and routine treatment room duties.
• Carry out immunisations if trained (adult and children).
• Undertake smear tests (cytology-trained).
• Complete NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments.
• Manage results, recalls and routine follow-up tasks.
• Document clearly in the clinical system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting chronic disease reviews for patients with asthma, COPD, diabetes or hypertension

• Carrying out adult and children’s immunisations (if trained)
• Undertaking smear tests (cytology-trained nurses)
• Completing NHS Health Checks and lifestyle assessments
