The Mote Medical Practice in Maidstone and Staplehurst is seeking a dynamic Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. We offer a supportive environment and a strong focus on work–life balance, with working hours discussed and tailored for the right candidate.

We care for around 17,000 patients, with four GP Partners, six Salaried GPs, and a dedicated nursing, reception and admin team. The practice is high QOF achieving, low visiting, and operates on EMIS Web.

Are you a passionate and motivated Practice Nurse looking for a role where you can make a real difference, be part of a supportive team, and enjoy a great work-life balance?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Practice Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated nursing team at The Mote Medical Practice.
We are a well-established, progressive GP practice operating across two sites in Maidstone and Staplehurst, caring for a patient population of approximately 17,000 patients. Our team includes four GP Partners, six Salaried GPs, and an excellent wider team of nursing, reception and administrative colleagues who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
We are proud to be a high QOF-achieving, low-visiting practice, rated “Good” by the CQC, and currently operating on EMIS Web.

The Role
