Job summary

Operose Health is recruiting a Practice Manager for Burnley Medical Centre on a 37.5-hour week for a fixed-term maternity cover of 9 months. The role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care, improving access, outcomes and patient experience, and leading operational and strategic development with budget responsibility.

Qualifications

• Degree-level certification in management or finance.

Responsibilities

• Work with site clinical and operational lead to manage and lead the practice both operationally and strategically, ensuring targets are met, budget is respected, and the administrative staff and clinical rota run smoothly.
• Establish systems to communicate with staff and patients, including regular practice meetings and leadership of the patient participation group.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a high quality, value-for-money service to patients.
