Opportunity for Experienced Receptionist/Manager – CQC, Media & Marketing Focus

We are currently seeking a motivated and capable individual to support our team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week) in a receptionist/managerial capacity. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in CQC compliance, patient-facing operations, and strategic media and marketing.

While our clinical reputation is well established, we recognise the need to enhance our visibility and patient engagement through improved advertising, social media presence, and broader marketing strategy.

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Haveat least 3 years’ experienceas a receptionist in a private dental or healthcare setting

• Have3+ years’ experience in a managerial role, ideally with oversight of CQC-related responsibilities

• Are confident and competent in navigatingsocial media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to generate and execute marketing ideas

• Hold anursing qualification(preferred but not essential)
