Architecture Practice Manager - Remote
Job Description
The Architecture Practice Manager is responsible for managing the execution of processes that comprise Prime’s Architecture Practice. This includes defining and orchestrating architecture processes, communicating these processes for awareness, creating and reporting metrics, and supporting integration throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and orchestrate Architecture governance and review processes, including integration with enterprise governance, vendor management, and SDLC, and manage the Architecture Office scorecard and metrics.
- Manage and improve Enterprise Architecture repositories and integrated repositories.
- Work with Business, IT, and service leaders to ensure effective engagement and satisfaction with Architecture processes.
- Identify and manage practice improvement opportunities.
- Manage RFP content and responses related to architecture, and oversee controls for industry standards like SOC2 and HITRUST.
- Communicate foundational architecture guidance and ensure awareness across the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
- 7+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, System or Solution Architecture, including 2+ years in an Architect role.
- Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Enterprise or Solution Architecture development.
- Project management discipline experience.
- Experience working with senior IT and Business leaders.
- Expertise in process development, measurement, governance, and organizational application.
- Strong self-management skills in high-ambiguity situations.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools, especially ServiceNow.
- Healthcare industry experience, including PBM.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MIS, etc.).
- Previous roles as architect, IT Manager, or Project/Program Manager.
Physical Demands
- Remain stationary 50% of the time; able to move/traverse as needed.
- Operate computer and office equipment constantly.
- Communicate effectively; exchange accurate information.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
Employees must adhere to security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, and internal policies. Salary range: $124,000 - $211,000 based on experience.
