Unknown Client is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy law firm in London. You will coordinate administrative processes and support the legal team to deliver exceptional client service.
Based in the office every day, you will lead operational, financial, HR and technology management, driving efficiency and growth while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

They provide top-tier legal services while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Due to increased volumes of work they are looking for an experienced and driven Practice Manager to join the team and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the practice.
Based in the office EVERY day, The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the firm’s operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and supporting the legal team in delivering exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of legal office operations.
Qualified by experience, ideally in a law or Accountancy firm or legal environment

Strong knowledge of law office operations, including billing, compliance, and financial management.
Excellent organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with attention to detail.
Familiarity with legal software and technology solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships.
