Role Overview

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager is responsible for patient care and commercial success. The role involves leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences, ensuring safety, compliance, and high standards of customer service in line with GPhC standards and clinical governance. You will manage pharmacy staff, support development, and work with regional teams to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile

We seek a qualified pharmacist registered with GPhC, experienced in NHS and private healthcare services, capable of managing teams, delivering results, and maintaining high standards. Applicants must have a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, safeguarding qualifications, and will undergo a DBS check.
