You'll be joining us at our Okehampton Practice in Devon.

Working hours are full time, 40 hours.

Your future in the Okehampton practice,

• 6 surgery practice
• Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments such as implants, composite bonding and short term orthodontics.
• Our practice is a one-minute walk from Tenby House bus stop, or a five-minute walk from Okehampton train station. There is also street parking available.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
