Job Description

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Bolton, Greater Manchester, who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full-time opportunity – 38 hours per week.
• Monday – Friday, with working hours to be discussed.
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
• Practice performance bonus also in place.
• GDC & Indemnity fees covered (if needed).
• The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development, and running of the practice.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPIs & practice budgets.
• The Practice Manager should be patient-oriented, self-motivated, and an inspirational team leader.
• The practice provides general dentistry alongside Invisalign, Implants & Hygiene services.
• The practice is computerised.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience and hold a valid DBS to be considered.
