Role Overview

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial responsibilities. It requires a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patient safety, and business profitability. The role involves achieving pharmacy targets, managing staff, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's reputation as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
• Support and develop pharmacy staff and locums.
• Collaborate with in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service support.

Working Rota

Week 1: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 09:00-21:00

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 09:00-21:00

Candidate Profile

We seek a dedicated, experienced pharmacist registered with the GPhC, capable of balancing managerial and clinical roles, inspiring teams, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Applicants must possess a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and relevant safeguarding qualifications. A DBS check and live update service enrollment are required.
