Requirements:

• Solid background in facilities or property management across multiple sites with a focus on customer service
• In-depth understanding of health & safety legislation and statutory compliance obligations
• Ability to lead remote teams and manage external contractors effectively
• Strong organizational, administrative, and financial skills, especially regarding maintenance budgets

Responsibilities:
