PortmanDentex is recruiting a proactive Practice Manager for The Dental Centre in London. You will lead the front-line team, oversee daily operations, and drive patient care and performance within a supportive, collaborative environment.

We value experience in healthcare-focused service delivery, strong leadership, and solid financial acumen. This full-time role offers 8:30am–5:30pm shifts, with a focus on operational excellence and practice growth.

• Experience leading and supporting teams to perform at their best.
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets).
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: compliant, process-driven practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the practice to drive growth and performance.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are fully functional and compliant with policies.
• Collaborate with operations manager and business partners on practice growth and management.
• Monitor KPIs and budgets to support informed decision-making.

About you

• Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background- experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse isan added bonus, but not essential
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
