Job summary

Henry Schein Dental Recruitment is seeking a Clinic Manager (Mat Cover) for an established private dental practice in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible, with an end date currently set for 27 April (may extend).

You will lead the team, manage clinical and commercial performance, monitor KPIs and budgets, and identify growth opportunities while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional patient care.

• Relevant management experience in dentistry.
• Strong financial awareness with KPIs, budgets and performance.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and act on data.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Understanding of compliance in a regulated dental environment.

Job description

A new opportunity has become available for a Clinic Manager (Mat Cover) to join an established practice located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Start date – As soon as possible.

End date April 27 (May extend)

This is a full time role, working Monday Friday.

Working hours will be 07:45am 17:15pm (42.5 hours per week, with some flexibility)

• Previous management or significant leadership experience within dentistry.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of dental practice performance.
• Experience working with KPIs, targets, budgets or financial performance.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate data into action.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of compliance within a regulated dental environment.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus up to £7,000 annual performance bonus.
