• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of regulators
• Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make informed commercial decisions
