Job summary

Henry Schein Dental Recruitment is recruiting for a Clinic Manager (Mat Cover) in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:45–17:15, with a 42.5-hour week and some flexibility. Start date is as soon as possible and the end date is 27 April (May extend).

The clinic is a modern five-surgery private practice with EMS technology and a strong patient-care reputation. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in dentistry, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Previous management or significant leadership experience within dentistry.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of dental practice performance.
• Experience working with KPIs, targets, budgets or financial performance.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate data into action.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of compliance within a regulated dental environment.

Job description

A new opportunity has become available for a Clinic Manager (Mat Cover) to join an established practice located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Start date - As soon as possible.

End date – April 27 (May extend)

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday.

Working hours will be 07:45am – 17:15pm (42.5 hours per week, with some flexibility)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus up to £7,000 annual performance bonus.
