Job summary

Adapt 365 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a new delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions. You’ll shape how delivery runs on a major enterprise engagement and own senior stakeholder relationships from day one.

You’ll lead a team of AI consultants and architects, drive revenue and utilisation, and govern adoption and change across the client. This is a high-visibility role with real scope to influence delivery strategy as the practice scales.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on background delivering Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing delivery teams and coordinating Power Platform engagements.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot, AI, and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee scoping, development, training, adoption, and governance.
• Manage revenue and utilisation across the delivery team.
• Join the client steering committee and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Build and develop a team of AI consultants and architects.
